The term “you” refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or contributing content on this Website.

This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of any/all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the “Agreement”). By accessing or using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Agreement. Please read the Agreement carefully.    • Messages referred to as "tweets" and marked with the Twitter.com logo originate from Twitter.com and fall under the Twitter.com terms of use, which can be viewed here.
2. User Content, submitted to this Website by electronic mail, postings on this Website or otherwise, including any publication reviews, ratings, comments, suggestions, ideas or the like contained in any submissions. By submitted User Content, you grant PaperCritic and its affiliates a world-wide licence to use, modify, display, reproduce, communicate and distribute such User Content as we deem reasonably necessary in our discretion to provide our service (including search results) through our Website. We do not claim any ownership rights in any User Content. After posting or uploading your User Content to the Website, except for the license granted to us hereunder, the User Content will be from there on in licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 License. You further grant PaperCritic the right to pursue at law any person or entity that violates your or PaperCritic’s rights in the submitted User Content by a breach of this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that submitted User Content is non-confidential.
3. Apart from the Third-Party Content and the User Content, we are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Website and the material published on it.

Use of the Website

When accessing the Website, you agree not to:
